Because we are a boutique hotel with a small number of suites, cancellations affect our hotel significantly. As a result, we have a strict cancellation policy because a last-minute cancellation gives us little time to re-book the suite.
A deposit equal to the first night of your stay is required at the time of reservation. The deposit, less a fee of $25.00 per suite reserved, will be refunded if a cancellation is received up to 15 days prior to your arrival date. In the event of a cancellation or modification received 14 days prior to arrival date, the deposit will be forfeited. Once you arrive at the hotel: in the event of a cancellation or an early departure, no refund will be made. The balance of your charges will be required when you leave.
Cancellation charges and fees are waived ONLY in the event of inclement weather in the Eureka Springs area.
For all stays, a deposit of the room’s one night rack rate is required. All deposits are subject to standard cancellation policies. Balances are due upon check-in.
Two-night stays are typically required on weekends, but single-night reservations can be made if another guest has booked a Thursday/Friday or Saturday/Sunday stay, or if there are substantial vacancies remaining a few days before the weekend.
Tradewinds is an accommodation designed for adults and adolescents and is unfortunately not suitable for children under 12 years old. It is our policy that we do not accept children under the age of 12 years.
The rooms at Tradewinds are 100% Smoke-Free. If you do smoke, please ask at the front desk where smoking is allowed on the grounds. Receptacles are provided for cigarette ashes & butts. For safety and to assure that our facility is not exposed to items or actions that create an odor which is unhealthy and unpleasant to our guests and staff, and that is difficult to remove from the air, carpet, walls, and furniture we do not permit smoking tobacco, e-cigarettes, vape pens, vaping, cartridges containing the liquid of nicotine, etc. Guests are liable for a $300 cleaning fee for smoke/vape odors in the rooms.
For the safety of all guests, no candles are to be lit in rooms. A minimum $100.00 cleaning fee will be assessed if candles or wax residue are found in the room upon departure.
Additional labor charges may apply for cleaning required by use of glitter, confetti or similar items. A $200.00 clean-up fee will be assessed if glitter or confetti is used.
We provide the finest of linens and amenities. When using massage and body oil at Tradewinds be aware damages to linens than cannot be cleaned will be charged to your credit card.
Guests are responsible for the cost of all damages to the room, beyond normal wear and tear.
